I like the first side, with the stars, and I like the idea: organic creation/ ready-made made better. The back side does not seem to be balanced--it needs some unifying characteristic (maybe even just a line or layer of color).
thanks - I think I wasn't sure if the second side was finished and you confirmed that - so I just added some color and might do a little more. I'll post the update later.
